Customers can cancel an order free of charge within the first 5 minutes of placing it. After this initial period, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the total order value. This fee is intended to cover processing and operational costs incurred during the order placement process.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as restaurant unavailability or technical issues, Foodkaban reserves the right to cancel an order without imposing any cancellation fee. Users will be promptly notified of such cancellations and will receive a full refund.
